Traditionally, yoga was thought one-on-one. The teacher prescribed postures to the student according to the very specific needs of the practitioner. This allowed for the yogi to find his own way around his own body. Though general yoga classes are a dynamic and uplifting environment for all types of yoga practices, they can be quite overwhelming, challenging and possibly even intimidating for some.  

Wether you are looking to take the first step onto your yogic journey, go deeper into your practice, recover from an injury or simply learn something new, a private class is at the best way to build a safe, aligned and strong practice.
